Hi! I'm Mike—husband, pet parent (to Kaya who's hamming it up with me), and the founder of PupKeep. You'll routinely see me out on the routes, scooper in hand, rain or shine—ensuring every yard gets the exact same care and attention I'd give my own.
When most people hear I run a dog waste pick-up service, their first reaction is usually a polite chuckle followed by a simple question: "Why?" It's a fair question.
To the untrained eye, picking up pet waste looks like a dirty chore, a menial task best left pushed to the bottom of a weekend to-do list. But at PupKeep, we've never seen it as just poop. We see the bigger picture. We do this because a clean yard isn't just about lawn care. It's about opening up space for the moments that actually matter. It's about giving a father and daughter the total confidence to run out into the grass for an impromptu game of catch, without ever having to watch their step. It's about letting a busy family steal back twenty extra minutes on a Sunday morning to drink coffee together on the back porch, instead of marching around the yard with a plastic bag.
Pets bring unfathomable joy, comfort, and unconditional love into our lives. But they also bring a fair share of daily friction. PupKeep exists to strip away the mess, the hassle, and the minor household arguments over whose turn it is to clean the yard, leaving you with only the absolute best parts of pet companionship. Every yard we clear is a safe, stress-free space restored for kids to play, dogs to roam, and families to gather.
That isn't just a dirty job, it's a service that gives people back their peace of mind and their free time. That is why I started PupKeep. And that is why this will always be so much more than just a job to me.
